Once he achieves this, Waz will be leading the upcoming PADI IDCs at Oceans 5 Gili Air.

While Waz will take on the role of the primary Course Director, PADI Course Director Sander will still be actively involved in the dive center's daily operations. Candidates can expect to see him less frequently in the classroom or pool sessions, but his expertise and guidance will always be available to support Waz and the IDC candidates whenever necessary.
